Phenomenal team and schedule flexibility on short notice. My car was with a dealership for WEEKS and Eastern Auto Pros was able to diagnose and fix my engine issue within a few days of just an initial phone call. They’ve earned a customer for life here in Mount Pleasant.

Hello, I wanted to share my excellent experience with East Cooper Auto Pros this past Monday. We came out to visit our son in Charleston and he has his F150 out here for work. I normally handle all vehicle maintenance myself, but we are not home where it can be done in my shop. I looked online and found Auto Pros nearby and gave them a call to see if they could get his truck in for a oil change/Filter as well as rotate the tires. They got me in and out within one hour. Very friendly staff at the front desk and the mechanics seem knowledgeable. No upselling like every oil change service out there will try and do. They did notice and told me the front brake pads were getting very low and will need to be replaced soon. That was true and they did not push any fear tactics which for me was refreshing to see. For future vehicle work for my son's truck I will be definately sending him back to this shop. For anyone using speedy oil change places like jiffy Lubes they installed the incorrect oil filter 2 days ago before I came into town. I saw it fit the filter housing but this 4.6l engine requires a very large oil filter with a 16 psi relief valve inside the filter. The one jiffy lube put

I would have given a 6th star if I could. Did you know that you can get your moneys worth from an automobile inspection? I Googled to find East Coast Auto Pros to get a car checked out for my daughter. I am from a small town and never know what to expect when it comes to the "city folk"(yeah, I know-not a nice thing to say, my sincere apology). After the PreBuy Inspection, Hannah called to first ask..beach buggy, will it be a daily driver, what are your needs? I told her that it was for my daughter who can work on basic car things. Hannah went over the Inspection line by line, really taking the time to explain what each thing meant. I had told her that I am not a car guy. In the end, Hannah said that this would probably not be the car for us. I am overjoyed, A) To get good advice & B) To find out that in this fast paced world that there are still people and companies that still take the time to do the whole job. This was an A+++ experience. Thank you, Hannah and East Coast Auto Pros!!

I cannot say enough good things about this auto repair shop. While on vacation in Charleston, my vehicle developed a serious issue just one day before I was scheduled to drive back home. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with incredible professionalism and care. The team agreed to take my vehicle in immediately, quickly diagnosed the root cause of the problem, and went above and beyond to source a part that was not readily available for my specific vehicle model. Most impressively, they completed the repair and had my car road-ready within a day, allowing me to make the trip home with confidence. Throughout the process, everyone was professional, friendly, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me get back on the road safely. Their expertise, responsiveness, and customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and dependable automotive service.
